Life by Design offers three levels of engagement:
Foundation
Design
Partnership
Each level differs in structure and commitment.
Full details are provided in the formal Programme Agreement issued upon enrolment.
Where applicable, initial setup fees cover structured onboarding and blueprint development.
Setup fees are non-refundable once delivery has commenced.
Foundation and Design operate on a rolling monthly basis.
Monthly access fee: £45
Billed at the beginning of each month
Cancel anytime with at least 5 working days’ notice before the next billing cycle
No pro-rata refunds for partial months
Clients remain responsible for any fees already billed.
Partnership is a structured 12-month strategic engagement.
Clients may choose:
£2,250 upfront (annual payment), or
£225 per month for 12 months
This level requires a fixed 12-month commitment.
Details of early termination terms are set out in the formal Programme Agreement.
Where a Client contracts as an individual (not through a limited company), they may cancel within 14 days of signing the Programme Agreement.
If services have begun within this period at the Client’s request, fees may be reduced proportionally to services delivered.
This right does not apply to Clients contracting via a business entity.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
Life by Design provides structured strategic coaching.
Outcomes depend on implementation and engagement. Specific results are not guaranteed.
A detailed Programme Agreement is provided prior to commencement and governs the full engagement.
