LifeShifter Coaching Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides structured strategic coaching services under the by.Design brand.

We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.

We use Calendly to schedule appointments.

We use Microsoft Teams for video calls.
Calls may be recorded with your knowledge and consent.

We use Fathom Notetaker to generate structured summaries of sessions.
This processes call audio and transcript data to create meeting notes.

c) Payment Information

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
We do not store full card details on our servers.

d) Tracking & Programme Data

If you enrol in Life by Design, your structured planning and progress data may be stored within The Curve platform.

This may include:

  • Strategic goals

  • Performance metrics

  • Planning documents

  • Review notes

This data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the programme.

e) Email & Marketing Data

If you subscribe to updates or resources, we collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Engagement data (opens, clicks)

Email marketing is managed via MailerLite.

f) Website Analytics Data

We collect limited technical data via analytics tools such as:

  • IP address

  • Browser type

  • Pages visited

5. Call Recording & Meeting Notes

Coaching sessions and Clarity Calls may be recorded via Microsoft Teams.

We use Fathom Notetaker to generate structured summaries of sessions.

Recording will only take place with your knowledge.
You may request that a session is not recorded.

Recordings and transcripts are used solely for:

  • Accuracy of notes

  • Structured programme delivery

  • Ongoing client reference

They are not shared publicly.

6. How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Client records: up to 6 years (legal and tax requirements)

  • Programme data: retained for the duration of engagement and a reasonable period thereafter

  • Marketing subscribers: until unsubscribed

  • Call recordings: retained for operational purposes unless deletion is requested
